| MAKUTI is a 100% natural-ecological product. It is consisted of coco palm leaves, knitted on the stem of the plant. Harvesting of coco-leaves does not ruin the growth of the tree due to the fact that leaves are discarded from the tree itself. It looks like drained but actually it keeps its moisture so, the shade of a total construction offers an amazing coolness.
It is a slow-burning product with the ability of accessional fire retardency.
Like a flexible product that is, it can be suited in all shapes of constructions.

In the new product coco palm leaves are glued on a flexible 2 component polyurethane mixture reinforced with shade cloth on which 5 clips are suited for a very quick and easy installation.

| FIBER THATCH TILES |
| Fiber Thatch Tile could be characterised as the “Perfect Thatch”. FibreThatch is made in tile format. Each tile contains hundreds of 2mm simulated thatch particles cut in various lengths. The simulated thatch particles are packed and brushed in jigs to imitate that real thatch look. A reinforced polyurethane-binding strip is used to glue the simulated thatch particles in one tile. It can be used for roofing material in any application where traditional thatching grass or thatch tiles would have been used. The polyurethane strip ensures 100% flexibility. The tile therefore can fit any contour or curve and can be fitted in valleys or around hips. The material used is a Polyolifin based compound with 7% recycled plastics in the manufacturing process. It contains no PVC. Fire retardant can be adjusted to conform to various countries' requirements. Suitably stabilized for all outdoors conditions. | THATCHING GRASS |
| Thatching Grass is used for special constructions. It consists from a natural material growing in vast areas all over South Africa, named Hyperhenia Hirtia. Thatching Grass is handwoven on the roof of the construction by specialized thechnisians, giving the thikness that each client wants. The marial is disposed in bales. Each bale consists of 50 bundls of 1,15 cm height.
